Gorgeous chalet with beautiful views
We had the room on top floor. It was beautiful. We had two balconies. One on front and one on back. Loved all the pine trees. Super clean. We saw deer every night driving onto property. I woke up early and at 4am the sky was so clear, you could really see so many stars. It was spectacular
We had 50 pound suitcases and had to carry up about 20-25 steps. Just me and my daughter. Luckily we are strong. We definitely got a workout carrying all our things up. Also it would of been nice to have a roll of paper towels. They did provide a small amount of paper plates and silverware that had a flimsy napkin. We weren’t affected by any noise. It was pretty quiet the whole time.

Did not sleep well. Host didn’t care.
Location and views
We could hear the upstairs visitors every time they took a step. The hard surface flooring makes it very loud. They provide ear plugs because they know it’s an issue. Expensive stay for what you get. They need to have carpet on the upper units to help with noise.

We loved the Peninsula and having a private place to stay.
It was spacious and clean
It was very noisy. I don’t think there was any sound insulation between floors or walls. We could hear neighbor guests very clearly.

A quiet affordable alternative to the towns nearby.
It is a quiet retreat away from the town. Attractive and comfortable.
You hear every movement of the adjoining rooms. Definitely a place for quiet couples.
