    Lovely stay for a couple of nights in Rome - bring earplugs!

    The property was so cute, situated in a musical hub of Rome - only steps away from the magic! I loved the terrace as it added to the space. Everything that we needed was provided to us.

    The only downside to the property was the lack of soundproofing and the proximity to a busy street. Both nights of our stay we were woken up in the middle of the night (for an extended period of time) to the sound of either glass bottles being rummaged through outside, people up late chatting outside or the sound of the waste disposal vehicle doing its thing. It’ was as if there was no sound barrier to the outside making it hard to sleep. That was the only downside, everything else about the property was charming :)

    Location was great as was the rooftop patio. Staff was good with communication

    Bed/pillows very uncomfortable and very noisy outside all night

    Location, terrace, washing machine.

    Air conditioning wasn’t working, waited in for an engineer and they didn’t show up! Asked by host to be in for an engineer at 3pm next day but had already booked a hotel by that time. I’m on holiday, not waiting in a roasting apartment for an engineer. Hole in the front door where the handle should be so can see outside and outside can see in! Not suitable at all for wheelchair users/ people with mobility issues. No hot tub, was informed the hot tub was the shower? Smells mouldy with visible mould in the shower room. Would have been ok for able bodied people if the ac worked. Left after a day and a half of no a/c. 40 degrees with no a/c was unbearable!
