    Good location but otherwise bit limited apartment

    Location is great, almost next to duomo. Has an elevator.

    Apartment is not filled like pictures: has a balcony but only a table and no chairs, missing lamps, sofa chair, etc. Lighting in apartment is limited and is quite dark, is all a bit outdated and needs renovation (clothing closet broken, paint getting off walls). Would not call it luxury.
