À éviter , rudimentaire et vétuste.
L’emplacement central.
Appartement très rudimentaire et offrant un niveau de confort très limité. « La salle de bain » est particulièrement petite et peu fonctionnelle : la douche donne directement sur les toilettes, sans aucun espace pour circuler ni pour poser ses affaires. L’ensemble était également insuffisamment propre à notre arrivée. Le logement ne correspond malheureusement pas à nos attentes en termes de confort, de propreté et d’équipement. Je pense qu’il serait important d’améliorer significativement l’entretien et la salle de bain, et de mieux préciser dans l’annonce le caractère très basique du logement.
