  We had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. To start, when we arrived, the unit was missing basic supplies. There were no paper towels, no dish soap, and no dishwasher detergent. We were also left with only one and a half rolls of toilet paper for five adults. On top of that, all the dishes were dirty and oily, so we had to wash everything before using it. We were five adults in our 60s staying in a three-bedroom unit. One person had her own room, but the closet was locked for “owner’s use only,” which meant she had nowhere to hang her clothes and had to live out of her suitcase. On the day of departure, we were told we needed to clean the entire house before leaving — including washing linens and cleaning toilets — essentially leaving it as if it were our own home. This was unexpected and unreasonable. Ten days after returning home to Canada, we were charged $197 CAD for cleaning fees. When we contacted Booking.com, they reached out to the owner, who initially claimed we had damaged the linens. After we disputed this, the explanation kept changing. They later said we used too much linen and too many pillows, and even claimed they had to do 8 hours of cleaning instead of their usual 5. They also accused us of overusing the air conditioning, which is completely untrue. We only used the AC in the evenings and always turned it off during the day. The listing on Booking.com mentions a damage fee, not a cleaning fee, yet they charged us anyway and tried to justify it with inconsistent claims. Overall, this felt unfair and dishonest. I would not stay here again.

  L'appartement es t très spacieux avec cette terrasse ouverte en plein pied sur l'extérieur fleuri. Le logement est très bien équipé. Son emplacement offre la possibilité d'accéder à pied à la pointe du bout en 10 minutes. Enfin nous avons apprécié l'accueil très agréable de Lydie.

  L appartement est vraiment très agréable. Les colibris et le nid du sucrier avec ces 2 petits oisillons ont été le plus. L emplacement est top et la vue sur la baie de Fort de France est très agréable. Le levée de soleil de la chambre fait que le debut de journée est un enchantement.

  Séjour au top!

  Très bel appartement, bien situé et bien agencé, très calme! La terrasse est vraiment un plus! Tous les matins petit déjeuner avec les colibris !
