    Smelly do not recommend

    As you entered the property there was a bad smell in the sitting room and tried to contact the management at that time no one answered or replied until later at night, didn't have much empthy towards my family as 2 of them had to sleep on the floor upstairs as we couldnt enter the smelly room We left the next morning ASAP and getting refund for 1 day was difficult and received less amount of actual due. Would not recommend and staff need to improve the customer service.

    Overall OK

    We stayed in a different, yet equivalent property. Easy to locate, ample parking, easy unloading. The living room downstairs is comfortable and spacious, with good internet. The kitchen is well equipped, and with a workable dining table.

    The cleanliness was the limiting factor, with many places requiring a spruce-up, and a definite deep-clean, to rid of some stale odours. The beds were survivable, but the mattresses have definitely seen better days. The bathroom leaks on your kitchen door, so careful when you go into the garden. Unfortunately, there wasn't any garden furniture, so we couldn't use the space. The bathroom was OK, but at least a carpet would be nice.

    Cozy clean has everything we needed felt like home away from home

    Clean cozy had a washing machine and Netflix 😊

    Nothing it was very quiet where we were can’t fault it perfect as I had young kid with me
