    Ubicación buena, limpieza de toallas y sábanas precintadas. Amabilidad del recepcionista y doble juego de llaves.

    Te piden una fianza de 200€ para cubrir desperfectos, pero al entrar te das cuenta que hay una dejadez de mantenimiento. Puerta del baño sin pestillo, un dormitorio no cierra puerta, la puerta de la terraza no se cierra el pestillo, tostadora no funciona, zocalo de marmol de cocina roto, ducha no desagua bien. No dejaron ningún producto de limpieza e higiene personal como jabon manos o gel ducha, salvo un poco de jabon para platos. Para 3 adultos y cuatro días un solo rollo de papel higienico. Camas sin hacer.

    Very poor

    Hi, I have been traveling to Spain since 2012. I have never experienced such a low level of service. Everything was a problem for this rental agency. For example, I rang them using an emergency number, but nobody bothered to pick up the phone. When I came in a person to discuss it, they were shrugging. Disgusting.
