    La proximité du logement, 5-6 minutes à pied avec le quartier La Nogalera. Même s'il est situé très près du quartier animé de La Nogalera, c'est tranquille comme quartier. La station de train à proximité est aussi un gros plus. Gustavo est un hôte exceptionnel, il est facilement joignable et réagit rapidement en cas de besoin. Le gros plus, l'espace de stationnement dans le garage de l'immeuble, surtout dans ce secteur.

    À vrai rien, tout était très bien.
