- There has just started a construction of a new building directly in front of this building and we want to inform that there can be noise coming from the building. We do not have any more information than this or when it will be ending. The bedrooms are facing the back of the apartment. Please have in mind that we can not give any guarantees of noise coming from the building, and by making a reservation guests accept this. The building is affecting the view to the left and to the front, but there is still a sea view to the right to the canyon light house!", The works are estimated for 20 more months.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Lamentable gestion de la agencia que se encarga del alquiler
El piso era muy amplio y con muchss comodidades que apenas pudimos disfrutar
El trato de la agencia que lo gestiona. 2 semanas antes de nuestra estancia tuvimos un problema laboral 3 de los 5 que íbamos, lo argumentamos judicialmente y no tuvieron la empatia de ni si quiera intentar volver alquilarlo para devolvernos el dinero o de llegar algun tipo de devolución parcial. Fueron estrictos y nos dijeron que no reembolsaban ni un euro. Asi que solo pudimos disfrutar del 1 dia y medio de la casa de los 5 que la teníamos reservada y encima estaba diluviando. La casa esta en la zona alta de nazarte hay un buena cuesta para bajar a la playa. Con esta agencia ( Silver prop)no recomiendo que alquileis nada, incluso la entrada en la casa se equivocaron con las contraseñas que nos mandaron y tuvimos problemas para acceder al inmueble y al garaje, nos costó muchísimo ponernos en contacto con alguien al teléfono porque no lo cogían. Una gran decepción
