    Strom ging 3x nicht. Kühlschrank war stunden ungekühlt, kompletter inhalt musste entsorgt werden. Es gab kein Support von der Unterkunft.

    Good apartment & location - some small tweaks & it would be superb!

    Great location, plenty of space in the apartment and the rooftop was a great additional space (but needed shade). The hosts were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Really good facilities with the kitchen and bathroom having basic amenities for a few days stay. A few small improvements and it'd be great! I would return though, as it has all you need for a few days.

    I would recommend getting some rooftop shade for the hot summer months. The AC unit in the living area could also be upgraded, as it didn't provide enough cooling for the daytime - mostly as the power was turned off when you left the apartment because the power unit key was attacked to the front door key. I understand this helps to save electric costs but during summer months it could be helpful to have a timer instead? The second bedroom may not be easily accessible for people with limited mobility as they need to navigate the spiral stairs and the doorway is maybe half the size height wise.

    Think twice before booking - photos look good, but apartment was a disappointment.

    Not sure really, there are lots of negatives !! The location of the property is very grim - extremely dirty all around, though on the outskirts of the old town. A lots of restaurants were within walking distance.

    The rubbish all around the local area, extremely disappointing. I would not recommend anyone to visit Palermo, or this apartment. The staircase to the terrace - yes we knew there was one, but it was more than we expected !! I have videos of the spiral staircase leading to the second bedroom and the terrace, but system does not allow video upload - oops !!! Three flights up to the apartment, with some of the step risers at a different depth than the others - we are fit, but could be deemed dangerous. Airconditioning didn't work in the livingroom. Shower didnt work properly. Only one wine glasses. Second bedroom couldn't be classed as a bedroom, certainly not for adults and tall people couldn't stand up in there and access was up the spiral staircase. We asked for support from Wonderful Italy; their plumber arrived when my husband as in the shower and he wouldn't wait a few minutes. He said he would come back in 40 minutes, but didn't. Wonderful Italy didn't assist with these problems. And that was the end of any support apart from a response to a telephone call, which was to re-iterate the WhatsApp message sent. Our flight was late arriving and as part of the booking of the apartment, there was a free car transfer from the airport to the apartment and GUESS WHAT, the car broke down on the way to the airport and we had to wait 45 minutes for another car to come for us. Don't bother with this FREE addition - book your own and pay !!
