Wie waren zufrieden.
Alles war gut. Von Bahnhof aus gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Das Hotel ist gemütlich und angenehm. Alles war sauber.
Die Einrichtung ist wirklich sehr schön. Ein Nachteil ist allerdings, dass die Metalltüren zur Toilette und Dusche beim Öffnen und Schließen sehr laut sind. Nachts werden davon wahrscheinlich alle Nachbarn wach.

Mooie kamer op een perfecte locatie
Het was ontzettend schoon
De badkamer deur was zwaar en maakt veel geluid als je m open en dicht wilt doen

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. BEING TOTALLY IGNORED BY THE HOST IS UNACCEPTABLE. AVOID!
BROKEN DOWN LIFT IS APPARENTLY QUITE COMMON. HAD TO CARRY 2 LARGE SUITCASES UP 5 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. HOST HAS CONTINUALLY IGNORED OUR REQUESTS FOR ASSISTANCE AND BOOKING.COM HAS ALSO BEEN IGNORED BY THE HOST WITH OUR REQUEST FOR A REFUND.

Very comfortable and well maintained hotel in a great location.
Excellent location close to the heart of Trastevere, but away from the crowds. Rooms were well maintained, nicely decorated and stocked with nice little touches like Aperol Spritz - of course, it’s Rome! The rooftop terrace is very pleasant.
The only minor thing is the multi-step process to access to your room becomes a bit tiring.
