L'appartamento è accogliente, ben isolato acusticamente e dal terrazzo si gode di una bella vista.
L'appartamento è in posizione centrale rispetto al quartiere, tuttavia silenzioso poichè situato in una strada secondaria; è a 3 minuti a piedi dal bus che ti porta in centro a Cagliari. Dal terrazzo c'è una splendida vista su parte della città e si vedono bei tramonti. Il terrazzo è ben attrezzato (tavolo x cenare, tavolino x fare colazione e 2 grandi ombrelloni)
La qualità del materasso del divano letto era mediocre. Suggerirei all'occasione di sostituirlo con uno di qualità superiore. L'appartamento è situato al 4. piano e non c'è l'ascensore; meglio se ci si reca in struttura con un bagaglio di massimo 10kg.

Ottimo alloggio e soggiorno: appartamento moderno e ben fornito con ogni necessità; Stefano e la moglie Angelica sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Veramente un ottimo appartamento (con una terrazza che offre una bellissima vista sulla città) così come la zona ben fornita!
