The apartment is not as shown in photos

    The view and location

    - The photos listed are very deceptive and do not represent the apartment. - The outdoor area, which was the key reason for booking, had an old table that wobbled and chairs that were old and almost broken. The low quality of the old sun chairs were also not in adequate condition. The retractable shade shown in the photos was broken and a thin piece of plastic was tied loosely in its place. This hung so low my husband could touch it and billowed loudly all day and night. The noise and effect of the plastic were horrible and made sitting outside very unpleasant. -the air conditioning unit leaked water also on to the deck which made it slippery and slimey. - the furniture was all old and dated. -Only one set of keys which meant the family could only all come and go together. -the door buzzer was broken as was the light in the second bedroom. My daughter slept on the floor as the top of the bunk bed felt too dangerous with no rail and the plastic guard was not adequate. -the fridge was broken and the added bar mini fridge was not adequate for a family stay for a week. -the drying rack, hooks and towel rails were plastic and of poor quality. -The rusty stand alone towel rails fell over constantly. -the washing machine for the clothes was broken and had to be manually clicked around to move through the cycle. Given the premium price and the expectations set by the listing, the experience did not align with what was advertised.

    Would highly recommend.

Superb position and view. The apartment was spacious in the living area with the balcony being the standout feature.

Second room needs a fan for air circulation and the fridge did not keep food cold.
