    Great location

    The rooftop was great Central location

    Very old inside Air Con not very good. Only one unit in the corridor, which didn’t cool down other areas effectively. Luckily there were fans in every room. Contact/host not very responsive. Having to pick up and return the keys in another area of the city (about 15mins walk, and hard to find)was very inconvenient

    Location and terrace are great, but the place has much more potential

    Magnificent terrace and location. To get an access is pretty challenging- after filling in all forms online, you get a place and code to get keys, which is not close to the apartment. The apartment itself is pretty basic with no effort to make it cosy.

    There was no water pressure in the shower. When we arrived the tab was blocked and water didn’t go through but it was fixed pretty quickly. We booked the appartment for 3 people but had to contact the stuff to find extra bedding for the sofa and towels, they should make it more clear for guests. The elevator goes to 6th only and after there is pretty steep stairs case which might be a problem for heavy luggage or disabled people.

    Want to retire here!! Everyone must stay at this location.

    Great location. Spotless. Fantastic rooftop patio for wine and cheese overlooking the Lake. Lots of music at night in Como.

    Late night local revelry until 11pm made it hard to fall asleep early.

    Loved this Apartment. Looks over the lake.

    Location and size of the apartment was amazing. Had a washing machine which was great. Great kitchen and lots of space. Balcony was huge!

    Shower head needs to be replaced. No AC A bit noisy at night but it is in a central location so was to be expected.
