Problemloser Ablauf. Hinterhofterrasse sehr angenehm. Küche mit den notwendigen Utensilien (Gasherd). Cafetiero in klein und Groß vorhanden. Fußläufig alles wichtige zu erreichen, von Vaporetto über Hauptbahnhof und die Kneipen-Zeile etwas nördlich von der Unterkunft entlang des kleinen Kanals. Direkt ein paar Häuser weiter die 'Cantina' mit sehr fairen Preisen und einfacher Küche, abends aber eigentlich immer voll, eher zum Mittagessen realistisch. Einkaufen im kleinen Coop um die Ecke oder dem Spar im alten Theater auch um die Ecke . Freitagabend etwas lebendiger auf der Straße, aber das war nicht überraschend. Wohnung mit teilweise 80er Charme, Schlafzimmer moderner.
Komischerweise gibt's sogar im Oktober noch genug Mücken, das man in der Wohnung gestochen wird. Es gibt Mückennetze vor den Fenstern und über einem der Betten. Eine Katze stritt sich ernsthaft nachts sehr laut mit den Möwen. Aber das ist wahrscheinlich nichts, was mit der Wohnung zu tun hat. Betten etwas zu weich und geräuschig, wahrscheinlich Geschmackssache.

Great for families and groups of friends
The apartment was extremely clean, and the kitchen was equipped with all kinds of amenities like olive oil, coffee, and salt, which really helped create a cozy experience. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was too. The rental is in a very well-connected location. Our host was very responsive and even sent us a detailed PDF with instructions and recommendations, such as options for gondola rides, etc. I highly recommend it for groups of friends and families—it is convenient for everyone to stay in one place, and there are keys available for everyone.

The apartment is located two steps to whatever you search. Vaporetto, supermarket, terraces, Rialto, downtown... Very well equipped and cosy apartment. You do not miss anything.
What I dislike has nothing to do with the owner. The water pressure is poor and the evenings were nearly impossible to use the terrace because of mosquitoes.
