    Never worse than it.

    The surrounding is quiet, good for a rest after a long time journey. This is the only merit of this stay.

    1. The WhatsApp customer service was AI service for most of time when I need help. 2. The locker of the key was not easy to open as it was too small for several keys inside. 3. The clean fee cost 65€, I have no idea what was worth such high price. 4. The water heater was turned off when I arrived with no instruction about it in the room, and no body told me beforehand. It did not work after I turn it on, which was guided by their staff. But absolutely, the staff didn’t know the machine well as the water could not be warm as soon as it was on. It is ridiculous why they didn’t turn it on before their guest coming. So it resulted that I could not take a shower in that night. Finally, I found the water was warm in the morning. 5. No light in the bathroom. 6. I left on time at 10:00 in the morning. And the locker box for the saving keys took me long time as expected. Kindly please change a bigger locker for your future customers. 7. But anyway, the staff was patient with all the problems and applied 30% discount and promised to refund it in 15 days. We will see the result these days.

    Beautiful, bright apartment. Everywhere clean and ready. Everything worked 100%. I can only recommen

    Location close to the center. 5 minutes walk to the tram stop and about 15 minutes to the center by tram.
