  Underrated, during sunset it looks amazing. The location is perfect for a getaway, its quiet and gives an authentic cottage experience.

  サイコー！！

  いろんな仕掛けがかわいくて面白くて、コーヒーを挽いて淹れたり、プロジェクターでYouTube見たり、ダーツしたり、とってもくつろげました。 お庭でミニトマトとブルーベリー摘みもさせていただき、すごくいい体験ができました。

  We like this eco friendly cottage that's tucked about 400m in a forested area and it felt like a little hidden gem. The place was quaint and was clearly painstakingly built, decorated and maintained by the host, you can feel the care in every detail. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped. I mean everything - cooking utensils, cutlery, condiments, serving ware...you name it, the host has thought of it which made cooking at home so easy. The cottage itself is one room, so it was a bit tight for our group of 5 - my husband and I, my 2 adult sons and my daughter-in-law. However the room was big enough that could lay out 3 single mattresses + 2 super single nattresses on low bed stands on the floor. With one bathroom and a separate toilet, mornings and evening were a bit challenging 😅. That said, it's set on a vast piece of land with trees and beautiful flowers and the environment is so tranquil. Despite the tight quarters, we truly enjoyed our stay and the chance to slow down surrounded by nature. Would recommend for couples or small families who love cosy living. If you want peace, greenery and a host who put heart ❤️ into her place, this is it.

  Very nice experience. Would have liked to stay a few more days to enjoy all the facilities.

  Amazing house. All details are wonderful. Beds are very confortable.

  The kitchen could be more equipped. There were only 2 wine glasses for example.

  We spent an absolutely lovely family weekend in this such an authentic and marvelous place ! The house is a real diamond. You feel in every details how much love was put into this creation. Kids told it was a best hotel we ever had. If the occasion will bring us again in Shiretoko area we will definitely choose the same place. Thank you for the hospitality and warm welcome and goodbye!
