    Comfortable, spacious cottage in friendly village with lovely little community shop and cafe/ farm shop (Otterton Mill). Countryside walks from the door and well situated for coastal towns/walks. Large, secure back garden for the dogs (be mindful this is on an upwards gradient). Could always find parking on the street. On main bus route.

    Lovely cottage in Devon great location would definitely come again.

    Lovely cottage with a garden close to Otterton mill, river walk and nice village. Good location for beaches and Really enjoyed our stay with family and the dog.

    Another fan in hot weather would have been a bonus.

    We had a nice time but can't help feeling disappointed with the interior of the accommodation.

    The Buddleia next door had lots of butterflies. The village was pretty and the walk to Ladram Bay was really nice.

    The cottage needed some attention, it was filled with tired furniture and needed a good clean. For example the kitchen table was sticky and even though I gave it a good scrub and clean it remained tacky. There were cobwebs, sticky handrail on stairs. The garden was not looked after. The sitting area was dark and uninviting and we did not use it at all. The kitchen was the best room to sit in.
