    Not home from home, but nice for a short break

    The location was great, it was peaceful, but close to the area we wanted to stay in. The cottage had everything we needed and some extra nice touches like candles and firewood for the woodburner.

    The shower head could do with a descale and some instructions about what to do with the rubbish etc would be nice. There were dogs running loose which is fine, but the dog mess should be picked up, we had 2 piles outside our cottage for 5 days which is not a nice experience.

    Relaxing

    Quiet and peaceful

    We went out for breakfast to the Piers Cafe and the first time it was lovely. Coffee was fantastic. Second time was atrocious. Coffee was horrible, my friends sausage roll was cold and when asked to heat it up one of the workers started mouthing off to the other colleague “how was it cold, it was in the oven long enough”. No manners and won’t be returning. About the cottage itself, I mentioned to the host the light in the bathroom kept flickering and then went out. He said he changed it last week and would do it again but it went off again a few hours later.

    Schöne, ruhige und zentrale Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen.

    Sehr schöne Lage, alleine auf dem Grundstück konnte man schon kleine Wanderungen unternehmen. Ein toller Pub in unmittelbarer Nähe, wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen.

    Ausstattung der Küche hätte etwas reichhaltiger sein können.

    A perfect place to unwind

    I loved the location, it was perfect for me to tour this amazing country. It was set in a quiet location. The accommodation was first rate .. I really enjoyed my stay
