  I would strongly recommend staying around Jungutbatu beach

  This place has so much potential! The garden is beautiful, the infinity pool is stunning, and the outdoor restaurant has amazing views. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far from relaxing.

  First, we didn't get the sea-view room we had booked. Instead, we were given a dark room with a house and a tree blocking the entire view. Seriously? We had to argue with the staff just to get the room we actually paid for. Then came the billing issues. We were charged for minibar drinks we never touched, and the restaurant bills were such a mess that we had to triple-check everything because of the number of mistakes. Honestly, you shouldn't have to spend your vacation constantly checking bills and sorting out problems. The restaurant was also incredibly inconsistent. Some dishes were genuinely good, while others were terrible. The Buddha bowl, for example, was practically inedible. Another thing worth mentioning is the number of stairs. I'm a very fit person, but having to climb stairs for five minutes just to get to breakfast is not exactly what you want on vacation. Finally, the location isn't great. The surrounding area isn't particularly nice, and I would strongly recommend staying around Jungutbatu Beach instead. Such a shame, because the property itself has real potential. But beautiful views and a nice pool aren't enough when the service, organization, and overall experience are this disappointing.

  Eine tolle Unterkunft !

  Schöner Ausblick und überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites personal. Auch der kostenlose Shuttle ist super!

  Durch die Klimaanlage war eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Raum und die Klamotten sind leicht klamm gewesen. Das ist aber natürlich auch den heißen Temperaturen geschuldet.

  Emplacement parfait, à 6 minutes du yellow bridge à pied. Un peu loin du centre de l’île mais des navettes gratuite sont mises en place par l’hôtel qui s’arrête à 3 point différents de l’île Personnel très accueillant et agréable, à l’écoute Très propre

  I would recommend staying here it is really beautiful and the shortcomings are minimal.

  The view was absolutely spectacular and worth a stay just for that! The staff were lovely and attentive; the pool and gardens were beautiful.

  It wasn't a 4 star resort as advertised it was really 3 star and the bathroom had dead cockroaches in the drawers and the shower was slow to drain and overflowing a bit, the bathroom was average for a 4 star resort. Some of the food in the restaurant wasn't up to standard either so they should either remove a star or upgrade some facilities i.e bathrooms and food quality. Otherwise it was fantastic!

  Was an amazing stay, beautiful views from our room, the pool and the restaurant, they helped plan and decorate our room

  Had an amazing stay in the private pool villa, beautiful views and amazing staff that were super helpful the entire time

  The place was an honest 10/10 only downside (which isn’t really) is the private pool villas is at the bottom of the 150+ stairs from the reception hahaha all staff helped with bags so was totally fine but do be prepared to get your steps up every day/night, honestly the steps were worth the view 100%
