    This is an authentic Thai hotel with a rich history. The staff are helpful and charming, and they truly appreciate the atmosphere of the place. There are lovely, secluded villas and wonderful grounds. The location is very convenient for exploring both the eastern and western parts of the island.

    The hotel is located at the very beginning of the island, in a quiet bay; having your own vehicle would be an advantage.

    Nicely landscaped resort with attractive villas on a rising slope towards wooded hills.

    Pleasantly landscaped resort which successfully blends in the many villas. Great views to wooded hills in all directions - including from the big infinity pool. Friendly staff were eager to address all our little requests - even replacing the bathroom extractor within 12 hours!

    Outlook from the big family villas was marred by extensive concrete track and hardstanding (for what?!). For this reason, the furthermost viilas were best or the smaller (and cosier!) villas nearer the restaurant.

    Could not be better looked after.

    The staff were outstanding. Genuinely warm and so so helpful.

    Some areas a little untidy and tired but get its very low season and they were upgrading things.
