    Very obliging staff and good quality breakfasts.

    Breakfasts very good, friendly and courteous staff

    One of the rooms was better, with a walk-in shower and window in the bathroom. No information book in one room. No space for my car initially, so it had to be parked on a side road overnight, until a space became available the following day.

    Long weekend, ideal location good value

    The location is perfect, with bus stop nearby to get easily into Chichester. comfy bed, good Wi-Fi breakfast good

    We had room 4 with no view at all, but not a problem as we spend very little time in room
