Location was great and near my office, however it is in a great location for tourists as well.
Place was fine, but I did feel like I was intruding a little since things like bathroom supplies were owners private supply. In other rentals similar, I usually find the owners put their personal stuff away in a locked closet or somewhere. Not a deal breaker, but just a note.

地下鉄駅ビクトリア クロスから徒歩すぐです。部屋は、お茶紅茶、冷蔵庫内に、宿泊していた前の方が、置いてくれていた、タマゴやミルクやジュースなどもあり、助かりました。もしかしてサービスだったのか？な？ジャンプーコンディショナー、ボディソープなども、たくさんありました。みなさん、置いていつてくれたのかな？あって良かったものばかりです。 シャワーもハンドルを持てるタイプなので、使いやすく快適でした。洗濯機もあり助かりました。 スポーツジムと、プールも素敵でした。残念ながら、使う時間がなく見学で終わりました。ノースシドニーの遊園地へも近くバスで行きました。部屋からの景色も良くて、もっと長く宿泊したかった。また是非泊まりたいです。
トイレペーパーが、3泊にしては少なく新品が置いていなかったので、最終日フロントの方にお願いしましたが、ストックが、なかったみたいです。何処からか探して持ってきてくれました。電源タップが少ないです。
