    First Convention of the Year

    The grounds were clean and well maintained. The lobby was large spacious, decorated beautifully. We toured the first floor meeting spaces easily accessible. The restaurant looks inviting. The front desk people were excellent,especially Heather 💯👏🏿

    Heather!!!

    I had an excellent experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to one outstanding team member, Heather. From the moment I arrived, the she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs. She handled check-in efficiently while still taking the time to explain hotel amenities and offer helpful local recommendations. Throughout my stay, she consistently went above and beyond—whether it was quickly resolving a small issue in my room or simply greeting me with a warm smile each day. What stood out most was her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s clear she takes pride in their work and truly care about guests having a positive experience. Employees like her make all the difference, and I would absolutely return to this hotel because of the exceptional service I received.

    Customer service - GREAT

    I stayed here for 2 weeks and Randy knew my name and helped me with everything and anything. He was very nice and helpful. Ana helped check me in and was wonderful as well. Heather checked me out and they all were amazing and made the experience great!
