  Très bel hôtel, avec un service incroyable du personnel

  Nous avons été très satisfait par de nombreux aspects de l’hôtel. Les espaces communs sont magnifiques et bien entretenus, avec beaucoup de détails. Le restaurant offre un très beau cadre, où il est plaisant de prendre son fabuleux petit-déjeuner, ou autre repas. Nous avons trouvé notre chambre « Villa Spa » très jolie et spacieuse, avec de nombreux équipements. Elle mériterait un petit rafraîchissement pour être au top, mais reste une belle expérience. Durant notre séjour, nous avons été dérangé par le bruit des travaux, juste derrière notre Villa. Le manager a réagit immédiatement en nous changeant de chambre et nous offrant un massage pour s’excuser du dérangement. Un comportement exemplaire, qui démontre le sérieux et professionnalisme de l’établissement. Finissions avec le point le plus important et merveilleux du séjour: le personnel! Le service est incroyable, avec une attention aux détails de tous les instants et d’une grande gentillesse. Merci à eux!

  Le problème survenu et décrit ci-dessus, parfaitement géré par l’établissement. Certaines chambres se trouvent proches du boulevard, qui peut être bruyant la nuit.

  A little piece of paradise in Seminyak

  From the moment we arrived, The Amala was absolutely exceptional. The staff were some of the warmest, kindest and most genuinely welcoming people we have ever encountered. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every interaction was met with such warmth and a beautiful smile. Our villa was incredible. Peaceful, private, beautifully presented and such a gorgeous place to come back to after exploring Bali. It truly felt like our own little sanctuary in the middle of Seminyak. And the food… exquisite. Honestly, some of the best food we had during our entire trip. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We found ourselves looking forward to every meal. Tula Wellness deserves a special mention too. The massages and treatments were incredible and the therapists were wonderful. It was such a calming, luxurious experience and exactly what you hope for when coming to Bali to relax. What really makes The Amala special though is the people. The beautiful staff create an atmosphere that feels warm, personal and peaceful rather than simply like staying at a hotel. We felt incredibly well looked after from beginning to end.

  Honestly, there is very little we could fault. Our only complaint is that eventually we had to leave! We could very happily have stayed much longer.
