A beautiful spot and lovely room but let down but details such as dirty linen and dirty pool
Stunning location and beautiful room
Dirty towels on arrival. Pool was unusable and discoloured - apparently due to a fault - but no compensation was offered and the pool engineers were constantly working on it breaking up the serenity of the stay

目の前に広がる海と塩作りだけで充分癒された。
ホテルは海に面していて、部屋のベッドから海が見えた。海岸も観光客がいない。ゴミが少なく綺麗だった。塩作りの様子が一日中見ることができる。
目の前の海ではスキューバダイビングができない。 ホテル以外特に徒歩で出かけるところがない。

This is far from the Balinese hotel art…
The hotel description is inaccurate in many respects, for example, there is no restaurant, it is supposedly on the beach but has no access to the ocean. A dirty pool is not conducive to swimming, it is family-friendly, but what are children supposed to do without access to the beach, sea and pool?
BATS in the wardrobe, seriously, this is no joke! The canopies over the beds were contaminated with their feces. Terrible lighting, the toilet flushes didn't work. No duvet covers! The pillows were dirty. The terrible roar of combustion engine 5 meters from the terrace woke everyone up before 6 a.m., when the solarium workers started their work. We were forced to evacuate to another hotel despite having booked for two nights. The owner ignored all our problems and demanded a payment of more than half the reservation price (booking.com offers free cancellation at any time). I would pay double to never come here again.

The serenity and just lay back and enjoy as there’s no where to go. No transportation The manager was so so accommodating
