    A great place to meet up with old friends to celebrate a 70th birthday. We all had good sized bedrooms, and loved sittin

    Spacious and tastefully decorated, right in the hub of the village! A roomy, well equipped kitchen to cook at home .

    We really enjoyed our stay. A great place to meet up with family. We also did some great coastal walks to local villages

    Lovely quirky, historic home.

    Plan ahead with parking and basic food items. As long as you’ve done that, all is wonderful.

    Deceptively big cottage for a cosy January birthday

    The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked (I usually expect the bare minimum in rental kitchens) with plenty of different pans/utensils etc and we loved the big kitchen table that let us all sit together for food and boardgames. We really appreciated the blackboard of local recommendations as well. The log burner kept us all toasty during our January stay and the bedrooms were all so spacious with comfy beds. The whole house is a bit of a tardis and comfortably kept 10 adults and 2 dogs happy over a long weekend!
