The hotel charged $315 per room, or $630 per night for two rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms did not include basic amenities such as air conditioning, fans, coffee makers, or breakfast. Considering the price, this was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete rip-off — especially for guests visiting from outside Superior. I strongly advise others to avoid staying at this hotel when visiting Superior, Wisconsin.

Staff were great. Room was updated in the living quarters, bathroom was a little older. It's not fancy, but was clean and comfortable. The street outside was a little loud, but not horrible. Easy to find and get to

The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful in resolving their own reservation issues with Expedia.

The receptionist was not welcoming when we arrived. The building is old and not well kept. It seems as though there are rooms where people live full time. There was not a way to control the temperature in the room and the bathroom felt dingy.
