    Not very good

    Good Location. Good parking.

    Scruffy and run down. Dirty carpets. Shower held together with tape. Holes in the wall. The whole place smelt

    Nice enough room and bed was comfy. Property has just been taken over, so the new owners had plenty plans re decoration etc

    Door to ensuite was noisy, but nothing that a bit of pilling wouldn't sort out

    Pleasant staff quiet location good food

    Very pleasant & friendly staff room was clean and comfortable food was excellent both evening meal & breakfast was great

    A little bit of the beaten track if you haven’t got transport but other than that nothing negative
