    Lovely little place for a break

    This is a lovely little home near to the sea. There is everything you need for a comfortable break, easy walking distance to local amenities and a parking space is a great bonus. It was sparklingly clean, and there were “essentials” that some rentals don’t have , drinks making facilities, oil and salt for cooking, tea towels as well as the usual ones you’d expect. All the bedding and towels smelled lovely

    All was good, minor moan is a small step from kitchen to living room, my son is sight impaired but I am not and we both tripped! This is not a complaint , just an observation

    The annex . Best place to stay in Skegness ?

    Where do we start ? A lovely , clean little home from home. Very private. All the facilities you will need and in a great location. The owner was very kind and helpful and we are already planning our next trip.

    Excellent value for money, exceptional cleanliness

    Excellent location within walking distance of attractions so we were able to save on parking costs yet far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. friendly hosts easy to communicate with should you need to, free parking space on site, well lit outside the property & very clean & tidy inside. Had everything we needed for a family holiday even added extras such as biscuits & milk on arrival. Well equipt kitchen with all utensils, spacious rooms, bath & shower, TV, free WiFi& board games for the children & even buckets & spades! Able to bring pets if needed this property was absolutely perfect!

    That it was up for sale when we stayed so may not remain a holiday home in the future 😢
