    A nice home away from home with family

    The size of the property was great for 6 adults and the onsite parking was ideal. The beds were comfortable and so was the seating in the lounge area. Location was good for Bath, ideal for us as we were there to support our son for his first marathon.

    The kitchen was a little small for cooking for 6 but do-able with good equipment provided. The dining room although very large and well lit in the daytime it was quite dark for our evening meal and was not bright enough to allow us to play games in there after dark. The beds were really comfortable but alternative pillows would have been good to accommodate personal taste as they we all very firm.

    Ruim en schoon huis centraal gelegen in het dorp

    Tot onze verbazing waren er 4 x 2 persoonskamers. Fijn met 3 toiletten. Ruim (voor 4 personen) en schoon huis. Op loop afstand van restaurants met aardig personeel. Fijn dat er prive (gereserveerde) parkeerplaatsen waren. Ventilatoren aanwezig, handig met de hittegolf.

    Overlast door geluid van de weg, zeker met de ramen open i.v.m. de warmte. Jammer dat je niet gelijk van de voordeur het terras op kan, vreemd dat je eromheen moet lopen. En suite douche liep erg slecht door, waardoor je af en toe even moest stoppen met douchen. Keuken was klein om zelf te koken. Dakramen waren voor mij (volwassenen vrouw 1.62) niet te openen of sluiten, zoon van 1.80 vond het ook nog lastig. Vloerbekleding in de wc beneden is toe aan onderhoud/een upgrade, kwam af en toe mee omhoog als je er liep...
