Fantastic one-night stay at the annex
We had a fantastic one-night stay at the annex and cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The space itself was immaculate and exceptionally well-equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need, going well beyond the standard essentials. It is situated in a great, peaceful location tucked away from the busier areas, providing a perfect quiet retreat. Every detail has been thought of, the facilities were excellent, and the stay completely exceeded our expectations.

Excellent compact accommodation, with everything we needed, and some great surprise extras.
Very happy with the accommodation, compact but beautifully decorated and had everything you could need from dishwasher to washing machine. Friendly and helpful welcome explained the working of the property. I worked from the property most days and the WiFi worked well for my work meetings. Streaming TV and Netflix was handy to wind down at the end of the day. The snacks, waters, drinks, teas and coffees were great extras that made us feel welcome and made the stay easier and convenient. Convience of doing laundry as travelling week before and the week after so needed to have some clean laundry.Really cannot find fault with our stay and would happily return again.
Plenty of parking but was a little fiddly to turn when not used to the layout.

Rob & Matt were fantastic host, the fridge was full of drinks & the cupboards full of snacks. Gave us great information on where to go & nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend this place to anyone, cannot thank Rob & Matt enough

Hosts were very friendly and gave advice on the local area. Welcome drinks and snacks were very generous - great selection of drinks, tea and snacks. Bed was very comfortable, lovely linen and wonderful towels! The whole place was spotless. A great service!

We like the house very much. Bed was cosy and comfy. Full kitchen. Matt and Rob were very generous and provided a lot of snacks and drinks (plus milk). They both waited for our arrival to hand the house key to us. Parking space provided
