Geen enkel empatisch vermogen bij het personeel. Schandalig.
Locatie
De communicatie met het personeel. Wij waren met een groep van 5 broers/zwagers, waarvan er een die ochtend te horen had gekregen dat zijn vrouw Alvleesklierkanker met uitzaaiingen naar de lever had. Daardoor wilden wij annuleren met een mogelijke vergoeding. Er was geen enkel begrip en regel was regel. Daarna toch nog geluncht maar zelfs van de karige kaart waren sommige producten niet voorradig.

Mooi hotel iets buiten het centrum
Leuk hotel waar ik al meerdere keren heb verbleven. Mooi ingericht. Nette kamers. Gratis upgrade gekregen naar een junior suite. Rustige kamers ondanks dat het aan de weg ligt. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Alleen het gesneden fruit smaakte wat chemisch. Het is ca 25 min lopen naar het centrum. Locatie kan dus beter, maar het is te doen.
Ik vind 30,- voor een nachtje parkeren op eigen terrein vrij fors. Personeel spreekt geen Nederlands wat toch een beetje bijzonder is in een hotel in Nederland. Verder wel vriendelijk geholpen, dus verder geen ramp. ‘s Avonds iets minder prettig om naar/van het centrum te lopen, want je moet door een vrij donkere tunnel onder het spoor door. Toen maar een taxi genomen.

過ごしやすかった。
部屋が広くて過ごしやすかった。朝食は厨房で調理したものが提供されているようで、品数も多く充実していた。
風呂の湯水栓・シャワーのお湯が途中から水になってしまった。
