A comfortable stay and good base for touring the island

The apartment is within easy walking range from Laxey shops, restaurants, the historic Laxey Wheel and rail station (to Snaefell and Douglas) and also very scenic Laxey Beach with good cafés and two beach saunas. The owners proactively stayed in touch to ask if we needed any help or information.

Plenty of room and good quality fitting

Doors which you could not leave open. I understand the reason for that. A window that the glass had misted.

Ideal location for visiting the island

Peaceful location. Proximity to local attractions. Spacious.

Self closures on every door were annoying. Sink drain in bathroom smelt. Shower temperature fluctuates. Bedroom smelt musty
