The privacy and quirkiness. All facilities were of a high standard. Kitchen facilities were good and well equipped Welcome pack was great. Vouchers for community shop were really appreciated. Living room space was calming. On-site parking was brilliant

Outside steps to front door too deep to not have a handrail (for us). There is no handrail on the walled side of the staircase. The seating at the breakfast bar was uncomfortably low relative to the counter, making it tricky to eat there comfortably. Dustbin to the left of patio doors was full. Adding table lamps in living space would give an option of ambient lighting Bright flashing status lights of the wi-fi router was disruptive at night.
