    The location was lovely, beautifully set amongst the trees, very peaceful, great to watch the bats flying around in the evening and hear the horses. The lodge was well appointed, plenty of space and very clean. Lovely ensuites to each bedroom. Lots of plug sockets everywhere. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Very handy for Longleat.

    I'm not sure why there were no bedside lights in either room (plenty of space and plug sockets). It would have been good to have more mugs (only 4) to save keep having to wash them. The main bedroom was large enough for a king size bed, but only a 4'6" bed provided.

    An excellent host and accommodation

    Our host Lindsay was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was in a peaceful location, well equipped, lovely decoration, spotless, the beds were so comfortable too. We enjoyed the lovely countryside outlook and wildlife. It was so handy for our two days visiting Longleat. Overall we enjoyed an excellent stay!!

    Beautiful lodge in a lovely area

    The lodge was excellent. We stayed in it for 2 nights as we had a wedding 10 mins away and it was everything we needed. 2 bathrooms was really nice as we have kids. WiFi worked great. Really nice lodge overall. Would recommend to all.
