    Spacious, light filled and comfortable.

    We were in Toowoomba for a wedding and hosted the bridal party during their preparation. The dining area was spacious enough for both the hairdresser and makeup artist to work while the party used the lounge and bedrooms. Two bathrooms was very convenient as was the full size kitchen. The large windows are an added bonus. Despite being across the road from a large hospital, it was quiet over the weekend.

    The mat in the lounge was quite stained and would benefit from a steam clean. The inflexibility of the check-in time was a little frustrating given that the apartment was ready. The car parking is also very tight, so take care. I have given the facilities and hosts a neutral rating as their are no additional facilities beyond the apartments and carpark, and the 'hosts' are off site, however, they did respond on the saturday morning when called about the heat not working (it wasn't when we arrived, however we were rugged up and did not notice on Friday night). Perhaps the cleaning staff could check the electronic control panel for any error codes prior to finishing.

    Comfortable and close to venue.

    The Arbour is a staffless facility. Check in is remote. Once you get used to it it’s fine.

    We were there for a concert and the price doubled for that weekend. Can’t blame them though - hardly a room spare in the town.
