It’s very hot in the summer months so ask about the air conditioners
Good location for walking, eating, sights
The air conditioning was much lacking for July weather. Upon arrival, the units were not on so it was stifling and took @ least 24 hrs to somewhat cool down. I did contact the owner to which he said he will “try” to get someone out to no avail. We moved mattresses into the 2 rooms that were coolest . We did enjoy the rooftop morning & after dark. We did love the authenticity of the apartment..

Avoid in any possible way
To upset to tell
Owner is not communicative Owner doesn’t come back to SMS WhatsApp or voice calls . Owner doesn’t show any flexibility, which is a big issue. The apartment is old and has zero style… I didn’t like at all the idea that the toilet is in the kitchen and the other shower is on the terrace up on the roof .. this is outrageous and I was not aware of that… Location entrance was dirty and stink

The structure of the bathrooms is weird. Not a goos fit for young kids. Also, the main bathroom is kind of in the kitchen without a good separation for odors.

Overall we made a good choice with this apartment. Will definitely consider visiting it again!
Very well located apartment in the center of Athens, easy to get everywhere around. The apartment is spacious and fits a group of people easily and it has everything you need. We enjoyed it very much!
thAir conditioning was not working properly in 2 rooms. The dishwasher did not work. The upper shower is difficult to use since it is very small
