    The kindness of the staff. The quiet room and luxuries provided.

    The restaurant was open only during breakfast hours during our stay, but understandably so since it was not a busy time of year.

    Beware, they may move you to a different property that they manage without notifying you!

    The breakfast was very good. The location was very good.

    Unfortunately we had a major problem for my daughters wedding, which was held at the Arrabelle. Three days prior to our arrival they moved us to another property. All our guests we're staying at the Arrabelle which made this very inconvenient, especially since our daughters wedding was being held there. After calling Vail Resorts and a day and a half later, they rectified the situation and put us in the room we originally booked. This was very stressful and unnecessary. The front desk was clueless and the director of room sales was not responsive until I got Vail Resorts involved. I heard they do this often and we were lucky to not have been moved across the entire resort! I would not recommend having a wedding there.

    Nice, but needed more services for the price.

    Location was great and the view was smack from the hot tub

    No room service, no house keeping for a two night stay. This is not at 'full service' feel. For this price point both should he available 7 days a week. Covid is over people let's get back to full service at 5 star places...
