  The location is excellent if the Duomo is your priority, and the balcony view of it is wonderful. The apartment is also a generous size. The host was very quick to reply to messages and questions, though many of the problems below couldn't be resolved. If we visited again, we would stay south of the river, which felt less busy and hectic.

  The front bedroom is very loud, with street noise that continued all night, and we needed fans on to drown it out. The air conditioning also made a loud, intermittent grunting noise through the night and needs maintenance. The beds are a good size but uncomfortable, and the bed in the upstairs room is also a sofa bed. The main living areas are dark with little natural light. The kitchen is badly lit, so it is hard to see what you are doing, and many of the lightbulbs needed changing. The kitchen was also poorly stocked. There were not enough mugs for five people, so we had to buy some, there were no tea towels for drying up, and only one dishwasher tablet was provided. I know the host's replies to other reviews say that self-catering supplies are the guest's responsibility. In my experience, a property at this price is normally better stocked with basics, for example one dishwasher tablet per day of the stay. The whole apartment feels tired and needs updating. There were very few instructions, for example on where to put rubbish and recycling. Finally, I can't see how eight people could stay here comfortably.

  Bel appartement très bien situé.

  L'emplacement de l’appartement est parfait, il est très grand,très propre. Facilité de récupération des clés.

  Impossible de laisser les bagages plus longtemps après le check out. La climatisation pour la chambre sous les toits et celle sur la rue sont insuffisantes. Certes, il a fait très chaud cette année.

  Excelente localização e confortável

  Localização muito boa, boas comodidades e flexibilidade do alojamento, que nos permitiu deixar a bagagem antes do horário de check in. Bem decorado, acolhedor e com bom gosto.

  Apesar de referenciar máquina da loiça não conseguimos que funcionasse pois o painel estava “avariado”.
