Loved it all! Great breakfast. Only complaint is they did not tell us happy hour was not available 1night and we specifically planned evening around it. Great location. Perfect place for Florence!

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Nice view of Basilica of San Lorenzo. Surprisingly quite after 10pm.

Excellent choice.
Location is excellent in the pedestrian zone and within 10 -15 minutes of the important historical sites, museums and train station. Rooms were spacious and exceptionally quiet despite the busy location. Optional breakfast at nearby Le Menagere has both continental and full breakfast options.
The deluxe suite layout: as you enter the private foyer the door on the left leads to a large bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. The door on right leads to a large room with a king bed and a large sitting area including a sofa bed. Beyond is another door leading to a second smaller bedroom with its own attached bathroom with shower. This layout means the occupants of the second bedroom walk through the first bedroom to exit the suite. For the first bedroom, the bathroom is across the foyer. The layout worked for our family but may not for others.
