Unpleasant surprise
The staff was incredible kind and thoughtful!!!!
The pictures looked much more spacious than the reality. There were severe maintenance issues like the toilet was leaking after flushing, no pressure in the shower, molded walls, etc. There was no private space really and it was qute loud as you could hear your neighbours and everything... We booked here 7 nights, but after 3 nights we decided to leave. We contacted the host who hasn't replied within 24 hours. After we left, we wanted to get the 4 unused nights back and contacted the host once more. Through the Booking.com platform we managed to reimbursement, but something went wrong as the entire stay got cancelled. The host immediately messaged us to pay the 3 nights. We haven't responded within 30 minutes and she started to message us in a very unplesant tone of voice and threathend us by calling Immigration Office. As we never intented not to pay, went back and paid the 3 nights. It was very unnecessarry and unpleasant.
