    SHOODY PERFORMANCE

    OOD VERY EXPENSIVE BUT SOME OF IT VERY POOR. UNPLEASANT ATTEMPT TO MEKE ME OVERPAY FOR A ROOM EXTENSION PLUGS AT DESK LEVEL AND CHARGFINH POINTS DID NOT WORK WAKE UP CALL REQUEST NOT FOLLOWED

    All in all a very good stay, we have been many times and will continue to visit despite the bathrooms!

    Excellent staff, perfect location, quiet and peaceful

    The bathrooms. Shower is Over the bath, bath side very high and very didficult for older people, of which I am one, to negotiate. Walk in showers should replace these baths.

    Didn’t want to leave

    All staff were exceptional and it was one of the loveliest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The overall design, space and attention to small details in the room made it very restful. Excellent afternoon tea too.
