    Shocking

    The front desk lady made us wait for almost 10 minutes while she was busy chatting with her friend. She clearly saw us standing there with my kid and even gave us the looks. It wasn’t until another couple walked in that she finally started helping us. I couldn’t help but feel that the way she treated us had something to do with our skin colour. The whole experience was really uncomfortable and disrespectful, especially with my child there. No one deserves to be treated this way.

    One of the front desk ladies was unbelievably rude and ruined our whole stay. To be fair, the other front desk staff we dealt with later were all friendly and professional. Unfortunately, this one person’s attitude really left a bad impression on us. The person in front of us was treated the same way, so it clearly wasn’t just us. When we arrived at the front desk, the person ahead of us was there with his little girl and seemed to have already been waiting for quite a while. The front desk lady didn’t seem interested in helping him at all. He only got assistance when another staff member came over to help.
