Very disappointing
I booked two rooms for my colleague and I, she was staying for an additional night before me. When she arrived they accused us of not paying despite confirmation from booking.com that we had. They tried to make her pay an additional payment for the room whilst claiming that the payment hadn’t cleared and there was something wrong with our card. When I arrived they gave me a key to the same room as my colleague, and had double booked the second room. The only bed available was outside of the air conditioning units which was a horrible experience 24/7. Not what we expected for the price we paid and the reputation of this brand. Staff were exceptionally unhelpful

It’s a super nice place, other than the street noise.
The location was great. The property is beautiful and the easy parking access. The river view is very nice.
The street noise is loud, and every time the A/C kicked on it rattled the duct work.

The hotel is good overall, and the location is very convenient. However, I found it a bit dated. Even though we were told it had been renovated, some areas still felt quite old. The coffee machine in the room was very old, and there wasn’t even an outlet nearby to plug it in conveniently. The ceiling also appeared to have some signs of a previous leak, and the bathroom door handle came off in our hands several times during our stay. The hotel was very busy, which may have affected the experience. On our second day, we couldn’t even have breakfast at the hotel because it was so crowded. That said, I also didn’t find the breakfast food or service particularly impressive. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with a good location, but I expected a little more in terms of maintenance and overall experience.
