    Disappointing stay: dirty dishes, lack of essentials, and unsafe stairs

    The location was great

    TV Issue: The television had no network connection, leaving us with only the main menu and no accessible channels or shows. Kitchen Amenities: Kitchen supplies were severely lacking—there were no plates, only a single fork and spoon, and an oddly disproportionate number of knives. Cleanliness: The glasses were dirty and the cutting board had a foul odor; we had to rewash every piece of dishware before using it. Accessibility: The stairs leading up to the apartment are extremely slippery. If you are staying long-term with heavy luggage (we stayed four nights), maneuvering bags up those steps is a major challenge. Ice in the refrigerator: The refrigerator was full with ice, doesn’t look good, made the refrigerator not so welcoming Communication: Property management was entirely uncommunicative. We attempted to reach the host via both WhatsApp and the Booking.com app, but received zero response.

    Beautiful space in a beautiful city!

    The location and the room are perfection. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything was well kept and the staff was very responsive.

    just ok for 2 nights

    like the name says it’s spacious but lots of little things easily fixable were broken and staff doesn’t respond to messages so it seems they don’t care.

    the windows right above the bed don’t close all the way so you have the night cool draft on your head plus the outside noise.
