    Lovely clean property in a great location. Would book again.

    The flat (48) was easy to find in a great location. It was very clean and extremely comfortable with everything you need for stays of any length. The hosts send all information via WhatsApp and are easy to contact.

    Too many messages from hosts regarding leaving. One reminder is sufficient not 3 days running. The second bedroom needs curtains or a blind.

    Security, clean and comfortable

    Excessive street noise late into the night/early hours. Was expecting a ground floor apartment but on arrival realised we were on 3rd floor up (53 steps to climb) !

    非常的棒！在熱浪時雖然整體屋內感覺滿熱的，但有陽台可以納涼真的很棒！

    都很滿意！

    不巧的是社區電梯剛好在維修，行李必須自己搬上樓

    Perfect stay in Leamington Spa

    Proximity to the centre of Leamington; dedicated parking space; modern apartment, plenty of space. Lift for ease of packing and unpacking.

    Nothing really, couple of superficial things, no tin opener in the kitchen, would have preferred toilet roll holders, but really just us being fussy.
