  Great location and decent property, but severely let down.

  The property was okay overall, and the location was good—close to Kensington Olympia station and many bus stops. The bathrooms and rooms were also clean, and the fridge was fine. It has a little garden too, so it fits well for some meals outside if there’s a nice weather

  The cleanliness was a major issue; the place looked like it had been cleaned months before our stay and neglected since. There were stains on the walls. Towels were clean but had a stale smell from being stored for a long time. There was a thick coat of dust and spider webs inside the lamps. While it looked clean at first glance, a closer look revealed that the washing machine, cutlery, stove, inside of the oven, and kettle were dirty. The most disgusting part was finding old food left inside the microwave, which looked like it had been there for months.

  Communication with the property was HORRIBLE and not smooth at all. They never reply and if they do it’s already past a decent reply time. They never sent in check in instructions so we had to wait outside for around 40 minutes until someone from the cleaning staff showed up (she didn’t know ANY English to it was almost impossible to communicate) and thanks to her we were put in contact with the person in charge and they gave us the check in information. Additionally, when we asked if we could leave our suitcases in the common area for some hours, they never answer until 3 days later when we were long gone. The property is not the cleanest. Looks like it is a bit neglected. There’s a shared kitchen and many things were dirty and clearly used and unwashed

  Chambre ok mais sale et bruyante

  L’hôtel était bien localisé plusieurs lignes de métros permettant de se déplacer facilement. La chambre en elle même était ok. Literie était bonne salle de bain fonctionnelle. Cependant, à l’arrivée la chambre était sale (cheveux au sol dans le lavabo, énormément de poussière), une personne devait repasser mais elle n’est jamais venue. La fenêtre était cassée, impossible à fermer donc le froid rentrait facilement. Hôtel bruyant.

  Le manque de propreté, le bruit, la communication avec les gérants.
