Great staff however aggressive dog as their pet
The staff were all super lovely and the location was perfect walking distance from most things
Beware of their pet dog Lily, on our first day she ran over to try to bite me. Lucky lots of staff were around and grabbed her off. This happened to all of our drivers that came to pick us up for tours also, which they all complained to us about. We felt very anxious coming and going from our room as we had to make sure staff had grabbed lily so we could pass. This is coming from 2 very big dog lovers, this dog was their pet and stayed at the front lobby 24/7. If you arrived home after 11pm no staff were around to help you. The staff were pretty proactive to help us pass and would hold lily but overall this isn’t something we wanted while on vacation, having a defensive non friendly dog out the front. Couple other room issues which the staff were helpful and proactive to fix. Overall, friendly staff and good location however would recommend reaching out to this villa to check if the dog is still there before booking.

We really enjoyed our stay and the down points were not huge in the scheme of things. Nice place to stay.
Great set up with the outdoor area and pool. Enjoyed the privacy. Staff were wonderful, both friendly and helpful.
Nearest bars for AFL games were a 25-30 minute walk away. Room service food could do with some improvement.
