We did not have any iron and the ironing board was bent. They told us they would rectify the situation but nothing happened. Also there were limited tv remotes we had to use 1 remote for several tvs. And there wasnt and broom available

I booked a room with a pool and received a room with a hot tub. I would have preferred a pool because I was traveling with children.
